Ella Adeoya, PT, MS, DPT, MS — Founder & CEO, Meriblue Consulting

Few professionals embody versatility the way Dr. Ella Adeoya does. A clinician by training, a data scientist by mastery, and a strategist by instinct, Ella stands at the crossroads of healthcare, technology, and business — seamlessly connecting insight with impact.

Her gift for communication and critical thinking began early. As a youth delegate and debater in the WHO/UNICEF Debate and HIV/AIDS Prevention Program, she learned how ideas could educate, influence, and save lives. Her involvement in the Cowbell National Essay Writing Competition further refined her ability to craft persuasive narratives — a skill that would later become central to her work in healthcare analytics, grant writing, and career strategy.

Her academic foundation spans four advanced degrees, including a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Public Health and a Master’s in Data Science, backed by deep technical fluency in Python, SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, SAS, R, and AWS.

But beyond credentials, what defines Ella is her ability to translate complexity — turning data into decisions, stories into strategies, and challenges into opportunities.

Today, that brilliance is reflected in the evolution of Meriblue Consulting — a dynamic, multi-division firm built on the principles of intelligence, innovation, and measurable progress. She is also an avid mock interview coach, known for spotting candidate weaknesses and turning them into strengths.

Daniel Foster — Administrative Assistant

Daniel Foster is Meriblue Consulting’s Administrative Assistant, supporting the team with email management, scheduling, and general administrative operations. Known for his approachable personality and attention to detail, Daniel keeps client communication running smoothly and ensures tasks are handled efficiently.

Currently a senior at Eastern University in Philadelphia, majoring in Business Administration, Daniel balances his academic commitments with professional responsibilities, playing a vital role in Meriblue’s remote operations.

Daniel brings fresh energy, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to the Meriblue team. His ability to juggle academic studies while delivering dependable administrative support makes him an invaluable part of Meriblue’s commitment to efficiency and client care.
